```Duties:
- Provide one-on-one tutoring to students in various subjects
- Assess students' academic needs and develop personalized lesson plans
- Help students improve their study skills and develop effective learning strategies
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to engage students and enhance their understanding
Skills:
- Strong educational background with the ability to educate and explain concepts effectively
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, preferably with children
- Knowledge of special education techniques and strategies is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to create a positive learning environment
