We're hiring on behalf of our client. Due to securing a new contract, they are looking to expand their team with an experienced Fabricator / MIG Welder.
The Role
You'll be responsible for fabricating and assembling steel frames, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and growing company with a steady pipeline of work.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricating and assembling steel frames.
- MIG welding mild steel.
- Operating fabrication machinery and tools.
- Reading and working from engineering drawings.
- Maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Requirements
- Previous fabrication experience is essential.
- Confident MIG welding skills.
- Experience using saws is preferred.
- CNC machine experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Experience working with aluminium is preferred.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday.
- Flexible start time between 6:00 am and 8:00 am.
- Flexible finish times based on your start time.
Pay & Benefits
- Up to £15.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Monday to Friday working schedule.
