The Role
As a Bubble Tea Barista / Team Member, you’ll be at the heart of our London store. You’ll prepare our signature drinks, serve customers with warmth and energy, and help create a welcoming store environment where every customer leaves with a smile.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare our signature drinks, including brewed teas, flavoured drinks, layered drinks, and matcha creations
- Prepare daily toppings such as tapioca pearls, jellies, and our signature matcha cloud
- Deliver friendly, efficient, and genuine customer service
- Work closely with your team in a fast-paced and supportive environment
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and store presentation
- Learn and follow recipes, equipment use, and store operating procedures
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine enthusiasm for bubble tea and great customer service
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Strong teamwork skills
- The ability to stay calm and focused in a busy environment
- Flexibility to work shifts between 9:00 AM and 11:00 PM, including weekends
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Must be aged 18 or over
Previous experience in bubble tea, hospitality, or a fast-paced customer-facing role is a bonus, but not essential. Full training will be provided.
