We have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Telesales Advisor to join our Parts Distribution centre in Norwich supplying all makes and models of Parts to the automotive industry. We are looking for someone experienced in the motor parts trade or with a proven record in telesales success.
You will manage both in and out-bound calls; identifying parts requirements, providing advice and support to trade customers regarding technical knowledge or ordering platforms and promoting products and offers to secure sales.
To succeed in this role you will need a natural flair for sales, fantastic communication skills and the ability to nurture relationships with repeat customers, providing excellent customer service and exceeding customer expectations on every interaction.

- Excellent communication skills over the telephone
- Competence in Microsoft packages
