Airway Group is a leading provider of air conditioning, FM, mechanical and electrical services. We specialise in the installation, service and repair of Air Source Heat Pumps and we are a Daikin Sustainable Home Centre.
The Role
Due to continued growth in heat pumps, we are looking for a new member to join our team assisting with the day to day running of the department. Duties will include, but are not limited to, the following;
- Completing Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) paperwork
- Processing incoming sales enquiries
- Providing key organisational and communication support
- Liaising with customers
- Preparing quotations for remedial works
Requirements
- High quality interpersonal & communication skills, both written and verbal
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills and the ability to multi-task effectively
- Positive approach to work with a can-do attitude
- Excellent attention to detail and able to work quickly and accurately
- IT literate
- All training will be provided, and no previous experience is necessary but some knowledge of engineering would be beneficial.

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
Experience:
- Some engineering knowledge would be advantageous.
- Some customer service experience would be advantageous.
