Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is pleased to advertise this role for a permanent Non-Medical Flexible Workforce Coordinator. This role is for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our multi award winning e-Rostering team. We are looking for a suitably experienced individual who is seeking a new challenge.
You will be supporting the e-Rostering team in the Trust wide operational performance, management and further development of the electronic rostering system. The post holder will provide an efficient and effective high quality rostering data administration service supporting the use and maintenance of electronic rostering throughout the trust including integration with the temporary staffing system.
The post holder will be required to prioritise own workload, considering the timetable in relation to roster publication and payroll finalisation dates to ensure that issues related to rostering and pay are dealt with in a timely and effective way.
To lead on data configuration and set up of the rosters on the system in the allocated wards and units.
To deliver staff training and act as first level contact for enquiries from end users.
To act as lead contact and link worker for the e-Rostering ward level roster creators and equivalent in the allocated wards and units.
To optimise the service delivery and efficiency of the e-Rostering system of the Trust through increasing awareness of system developments, and educating all staff to understand the performance implications of these system upgrades.
Supporting the staff of the Trust in the deployment of the e-Rostering system, ensuring effective co-ordination between the various stakeholders through the provision of the project team office.
To deliver system training to end users working with other members of the project team.

PRIMARY DUTIES & AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Responsible for the maintenance and updating of an effective system to evaluate and ensure that both ESR (Electronic Staff Records) and MAPS Healthroster databases are synchronised using the ESR Gateway tool in MAPS Healthroster in conjunction with ESR.
Be an expert user of the Workforce systems, ensuring a good level of understanding and accuracy to actively promote E-Job Planning and E-Rostering throughout the Trust.
Provide bank and agency via appropriate framework and ensure all appropriate checks are completed and accurate pay is processed via the workforce systems.
Maintain accurate records of staff training.
Respond to user enquiries providing ongoing support to managers and users.
Provide system administration ensuring accurate maintenance of data within the systems, allocation of appropriate user responsibilities and troubleshooting of issues/errors.

Maintenance of high-quality data within the system through data cleansing.
Responsible for the production and maintenance of project protocols and standard operating procedures as developed by the System Manager.
Assist with the management and support of the increasing user base for the system, including the provision of appropriate new starter and upgrade training and the writing/updating of user manuals for both clinical and other operational staff.
Liaise with the IT department to ensure that the system is available and accessible to all users and to liaise where necessary with the Allocate help desks.
To support and develop relationships with clinical and non-clinical staff across the trust, and Payroll services.
Support the design and upkeep of an effective system to evaluate and measure system software benefits.
Collect and prepare activity data as required including efficiency indicators on roster production, utilisation of staff and performance of the software to inform Trust Key Performance Indicators.
Provide data on a planned and ad hoc basis as required by Trust managerial teams.
To participate in analysis and audit of information produced by Healthroster.
Work on own initiative, escalating all issues of risk or concern
