Clarke Legal Specialists are currently recruiting for experienced Paralegals to join a growing and highly regarded Financial Mis-Selling team based in Manchester. The Role
You will manage a caseload of financial mis-selling matters and provide support to senior fee earners on a range of claims including:- PCP and car finance claims- Mis-sold financial products- Unaffordable lending claims- Consumer finance disputes- General litigation support
Responsibilities will include:- Reviewing and assessing client claims- Drafting legal correspondence and documents- Liaising with clients, lenders, and third parties- Preparing files for litigation- Managing case progression in line with compliance procedures- Maintaining accurate case management records
Requirements- Previous experience within Financial Mis-Selling, Litigation, or Consumer Claims- Strong organisational and communication skills- Ability to manage a busy caseload effectively- Confident working within a target-driven environment- Experience using case management systems preferred
