Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily business-support and administrative activities
- Manage team workloads, priorities, and deadlines
- Monitor service standards and operational performance
- Maintain accurate client and business records
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and performance summaries
- Coordinate activities between internal departments
- Monitor outstanding requests and ensure timely follow-up
- Support client onboarding and account administration
- Review administrative procedures and recommend improvements
- Maintain internal documents, policies, and process guides
- Support staff with routine operational issues
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and business activities
- Monitor key performance indicators
- Assist with resource and workload planning
- Resolve routine client and administrative concerns

What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Three or more years of experience in business administration, operations, professional services, or client support
- Experience coordinating administrative workflows or team activities
- Previous responsibility for preparing reports and monitoring performance
- Experience supporting colleagues or managing day-to-day priorities is preferred

Pay: £41,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
