Overview
CAS Contract Cleaning are seeking a dynamic and results driven Area Cleaning Manager.
As a provider of communal area cleaning services throughout Scotland we are in a position to recruit a Cleaning Manager to oversee multiple location contracts within Glasgow and the surrounding areas.
We are keen to hear from stress resilient candidates capable of dealing with unforeseen challenges on a day to day basis whilst ensuring H&S compliance is achieved at all times. You will be required to manage absence and complete probation reviews, carry out cleaning audits, including ensuring any remedial action is met, carry out induction and continual improvement training, attend contract review meetings and weekly management meetings.
The successful candidate will play a key role in:

* Developing the future for CAS.
The ideal applicant will possess strong leadership skills with a proven track record in managing teams effectively. As an Area Cleaning Manager you will be responsible for ensuring all sites operate efficiently and maintain regular contact with our client base, head office and your teams.
You will be supplied with a company pool vehicle, mobile telephone and tablet device to carry out the role.
