The Twilight Care Group Ltd is a growing care provider delivering high-quality services across:
- Children’s Residential Homes
- Adults Supported Living Services
We currently operate a extensive number of Ofsted registered homes, supporting:
- Children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
- Children and Young People with Learning Disabilities (LD)
Due to continued expansion within our children’s residential services, we are looking to recruit an experienced and passionate Responsible Individual (RI) to support the growth, compliance, and operational oversight of our new homes.
The Role
As the Responsible Individual, you will provide leadership, compliance oversight, and quality assurance across our registered services, ensuring all homes operate in line with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding standards.
You will work closely with Registered Managers and the senior leadership team to drive high standards of care, positive outcomes, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Responsible Individual for registered children’s homes
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and Quality Standards
- Support and oversee Registered Managers across services
- Monitor safeguarding, compliance, and service quality
- Lead audits, action plans, and quality improvement processes
- Support recruitment, staff development, and performance management
- Build positive relationships with local authorities and professionals
- Support the continued growth and development of the organisation
Essential Requirements
- Significant experience within children’s residential care
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager and/or Responsible Individual within children’s residential services
- Proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted inspection outcomes
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures
- Experience supporting services through Ofsted inspections
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to lead and support multiple services effectively
- Full UK driving licence
- Previous Responsible Individual experience
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management
- Experience within EBD and LD services
- Experience supporting new home registrations

Pay: £60,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
