We are a busy community pharmacy situated in the heart of Crowthorne, and we are looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Pharmacy Counter Assistant to join our team.
The role is for 5 hours every Saturday, with the opportunity for additional hours or days to provide cover during staff holidays when required.
Your duties will include:
- Providing a caring, friendly and professional service to all our customers and patients.
- Handing out prescriptions and providing appropriate advice to patients on minor ailments and over-the-counter medicines, within the scope of your training.
- Maintaining high standards of presentation throughout the pharmacy, including effective merchandising and stock displays.
- Completing an accredited Medicines Counter Assistant training course.
- Working effectively as part of a supportive team and helping to build strong relationships with our customers and patients.
Previous pharmacy or customer service experience would be an advantage, but training can be provided for the right candidate.
We are looking for someone who is approachable, hardworking and confident when communicating with customers. The successful candidate should be able to work well as part of a busy team and provide excellent customer service.
