The Role
The role of Wholesale Administrator is essential in providing an excellent service to all of our Wholesale customers. We ship worldwide and the role of Wholesale Administrator will work within our existing team to ensure all orders are processed and delivered on time and in full.
This is a varied role that requires accuracy, excellent time management and a flexible approach in working practices.
Key Responsibilities

Process In Season and forward orders from our B2B system and issue order confirmations

Set up new accounts, following credit checks

Generate paperwork and process the shipment of seasonal samples and any returns into the business

Raise and submit invoices and monitor shipments to key accounts to obtain PODs

Support Team Leader & Senior role with stock review, movement and allocation for all warehouse locations

Communicate any necessary updates to wholesale accounts

Attend relevant internal meetings and report back to the team with updates

Support the Team Leader in the Risk and Reconcile process following seasonal order book closure

Support any additional administration tasks needed by the rest of the team, as and when required
Skills & Experience

Previous experience in an Administration role

Excellent and accurate written communication skills
-
Good level of IT skills, with a full understanding and experience of using Microsoft Excel
- Close attention to detail

Excellent planning & organisation skills, with proven ability to work to deadlines

Ability to work as a team and independently, with a positive 'can do' attitude

Willing to adapt & be flexible to take on new challenges, with a willingness to learn new skills
