Job Overview:
To undertake the production of Access Passes for Barden FM and associated Staff for UK Airports and Train Stations.
To undertake the applications for Permits to Works for Barden FM and associated Staff at UK Airports and Railway stations.
Assist with task specific operations within the Help Desk
Ensure CAFM system and client portals are updated efficiently to reflect workflow
Liaise with clients & contracts managers as required to ensure good communication on all aspects of the works required & undertaken including all relative documentation.
Follow (and enhance) Company Procedures to ensure works are carried out in a competent efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
Access Passes
- Assist in the enhancement of existing processes around Temporary and Full Pass applications for Barden Fm and associated Staff
- Become an Authorised Signatory for ALL UK Airport (training provided)
- Process all Access Passes; including full, temporary, unparking requests & renewals for Barden FM & associated Staff. All UK Airports
. Mainline Railway Stations
. London Underground Stations
- Maintain records for personnel for Access passes
Permit Applications
- Assist in the enhancement of existing processes around Permit to Work applications for Barden Fm and associated Staff
- Act as the Company focal point for all Permits to Work for Airports and railway Stations
- Coordinate company documentation including RAMS and apply for ALL Maintenance Permits to Work and Small Project Permits
- Operate Timetable Spreadsheet for Permit timings to ensure Permits to Work are always available for works required
Help Desk Works
- Undertake operational tasks within the Help Desk as agreed with the Help Desk Manager to provide support to the Help Desk operation.
- Liaise with clients, helpdesk and contracts managers to ensure issues are dealt with in a timely manner
- Provide cover/support for other helpdesk roles as & when required

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
