The role
As part of the Merseyside Housing Management Team, you will help deliver high-quality, professional and customer-focused services to Regenda Homes customers, supporting our Neighbourhood Strategy vision of creating strong, supportive and inclusive communities where people feel safe, connected and able to thrive.
In this role, you will provide essential administrative and business support across our Neighbourhood, Lettings and Income teams, helping to ensure the smooth and effective delivery of services. Working closely with customers, colleagues and external partners, you will deliver an efficient and professional service, taking ownership of a wide range of housing management enquiries and tasks, resolving them accurately and within agreed timescales.
As a key point of contact for tenants and residents, you will play an important part in delivering a positive customer experience and supporting the successful day-to-day operation of the Housing Management service.
The right fit

Housing qualification (Level 2 or above), or willingness to work towards one within two years.

Experience in social housing, housing administration, or a customer-facing role delivering excellent customer service.

Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of customers, including those with vulnerabilities or complex needs.

Knowledge of social housing legislation, regulatory standards, complaints handling and sector best practice.

Proven ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.

Strong organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail, accurate record-keeping and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience of working to performance targets and using initiative, problem-solving skills and professional judgement to achieve results.

Resilient, adaptable and committed to continuous improvement, with a proactive and positive approach to work.

Good ICT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable.

Flexibility to work outside normal working hours when required.
