Job Title: Server - IMMEDIATE START
Job Summary:

Your primary focus will be upon "meeting, greeting and seating Customers".
If you do not have this experience, or the confidence to do this throughout the working day, then this is probably not the right role for you.
Taking orders, serving tables and clearing tables are routine tasks.

As a Server, you will provide exceptional guest services, ensuring a memorable dining experience for our Riverside Cafe customers.
Your role will involve taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Duties:
- Meet, Greet and Seat our guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Please do NOT apply if you do not have an outgoing and confident manner, and cannot comfortably undertake the task shown above.
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers.
- Deliver orders promptly and accurately to tables.
- Provide recommendations on menu items.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness in the Cafe dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Process payments and operate the till system efficiently and accurately.
Skills:
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on great guest services.
- Basic math skills for order processing and bill calculations.
- Excellent time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen or restaurant setting.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
