The position is available for 4 days a week- Wednesday to Saturday. We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our dynamic and vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in barbering and hair styling, providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all clients. As a Barber, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts, shaves and grooming services while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide a range of barbering services including haircuts, beard trims, and shaves.
- Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs and preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, tools and equipment.
- Build rapport with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the barbershop.
Requirements
- Skilled barber with 5 plus years of experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Knowledge of skin fade, scissor cut, shave and beard trim.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
