The on target earning potential for this role is £53,372 per annum - comprising of a base salary of £51,500, plus a qualified estimate of £1,872 in gratuities and service charge*.

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Senior Management Accountant to join our senior finance leadership team, reporting directly to the Head of Finance. This role supports two of London’s most prestigious membership clubs, Maison Estelle and Celeste, alongside the Group holding company.
As Senior Management Accountant you will be overseeing and optimising key financial operations, ensuring accurate management reporting, and driving business performance through strategic financial analysis.
This role includes an understanding of transactional accounting, business partnering, and budget forecasting to ensure operational efficiency and financial accuracy. Responsibilities inclue:-
Monthly Management Reporting
- Month End Close activities. Management Reporting development and presentation of data to senior team members. Develop KPI’s to drive efficiency of the two transactional departments
- PL Accuracy and Financial Insight
- Ensure all revenues and costs are correctly coded to enable accurate departmental PLs.
- Provide clear, insightful analysis of financial performance, including variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
- Work closely with Heads of Department to drive accountability and ownership of financial performance.
Business Partnering
- Build strong relationships with key operational teams, acting as a trusted finance business partner.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Identify manning guide inefficiencies to support HODs.
Budgeting and Forecasting
- Support the annual budgeting and rolling forecasting processes.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop realistic and robust financial plans.
About You:
- A qualified or qualified-by-experience finance professional with strong technical accounting expertise
- Proven experience leading finance teams in a multi-entity or group environment
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and confident operating across all aspects of the accounting function
- A strong communicator, able to engage and influence both finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and committed to continuous improvement
