Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are well-kept and presentable. This position requires an individual who can communicate effectively, provide excellent customer service, and possess the ability to drive to different locations as needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
- Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and sanitised to meet health and safety standards.
- Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure recycling protocols are followed.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs.
- Communicate with clients or staff regarding specific cleaning requirements or concerns.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
Experience
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong command of English to facilitate effective communication with clients and team members.
- Demonstrated customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.
- A valid driving licence is advantageous for travelling between different sites.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
