Next Ventures is hiring 10 ambitious salespeople for our renowned 'Next Step' IT Recruitment Training Academy. What You Will Be Doing
Let's be clear: this is a demanding, target-driven 360-degree sales role. We will give you the world-class training to succeed, but your success will depend on your drive. From day one, you will be trained to:
- Drive New Business: Proactively engage in B2B business development, calling new and existing clients to win business.
- Become a Specialist: Master a high-demand IT market, becoming the go-to expert for your clients.
- Source Top Talent: Actively headhunt, network, and advertise to find the best technology candidates.
- Manage the Full Cycle: Control the entire sales process from client brief to candidate offer, negotiating fees and packages.

- Proven Sales Experience: A track record of success in a B2B or B2C sales environment (e.g., telesales, business development, account management).
