This position will be one that requires an abundance of experience in pub management, quality food operations. and function management.
We are looking for someone who will lead from the front, engage with guests and ensure our offer is executed at the highest level.
Applicants must possess the skills to execute the above and will be discussed heavily at interview.
General
A good understanding of epos cash registers and the ability to to understand online App ordering, PDQ management and internal points related loyalty schemes.
We are looking for someone special, to manage one of our two openings. We require a general manager or management team (2). Our ideal applicant will have the following skills. This can be a live in position.
- Have an in-depth knowledge of menu building, menu specification and costings.
- Have the ability to control all aspects of kitchen and bar management
- Understand profit and loss analysis.
- Be comfortable dealing with health and safety issues in the workplace.
- Be computer literate and be able to use word and excel.
- Have the foresight to assist in entertainment management and cost effectiveness.
- Be hands on when required and not be afraid to get their hands dirty.
- Work alongside directors to pursue greater results.
- Be full of promotional ideas and ways of increasing business.
