To provide excellent customer service and surpassing customer expectations at every opportunity identifying customer needs and answering product related questions and being able to respond to queries on product prices, features and benefits.
To take every opportunity to sign up customers to Voisins Rewards to encourage customer loyalty.
To maximise every selling opportunity to achieve store sales targets and to optimise product knowledge to the best advantage in recommending and drawing customer’s attention to the products to provide second to none customer service and maximise selling opportunities, including link and additional selling.
