We are currently recruiting Full-time, Part-time, and Zero-Hours Care Assistants to join our friendly and supportive team. Whether you have previous care experience or are looking to start a career in care, we provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
As a Care Assistant, you will:
- Provide high-quality personal care with dignity and respect.
- Support clients with washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist with medication prompting or administration in line with care plans.
- Prepare meals and support with nutrition and hydration.
- Assist with mobility and moving safely around the home.
- Carry out light household duties, including cleaning and laundry.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote wellbeing.
- Accurately complete care records and report any concerns.
- Follow individual care plans and company policies at all times.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver outstanding care.
Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Access to your own reliable vehicle.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Caring, compassionate, and reliable.
- Willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check (or hold a valid DBS).
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
