We are looking for experienced and dynamic Duty Managers / Assistant Managers for Whiski and Copper Still on Edinburgh's Royal Mile.
Both venues specialise in great Scottish food, whisky, cocktails and Scottish craft beer. We are looking for an experienced, pro-active and customer focused individuals to join our vibrant team who enjoy working in busy environments.
We are looking for experienced hands on Managers who lead by example -

Responsibilities
This is a “hands on” role and you will be responsible for:
- Front customer facing, meeting, seating, greeting
- Deputising in the General Managers absence
- Managing the staff, serving and dealing with customers
- Focusing on offering the highest levels of service to our customers
- Daily controlling salary budgets
