Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and professional Multi Drop Delivery Driver to join our team in FedEx. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering goods efficiently and safely to multiple locations within designated areas. This role requires excellent organisational skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to manage multiple deliveries throughout the day. Responsibilities
- Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to ensure timely completion of all scheduled drops.
- Load and unload goods, often involving heavy lifting, ensuring items are secure during transit.
- Deliver parcels, goods, or supplies to multiple customers or businesses across the Hexham area.
- Communicate effectively with clients upon delivery, providing excellent customer service.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a delivery driver is preferred
- Full UK or European Driving Licence
- Must be over the age of 25
- Minimum 1 year driving experience
- No driving bans
- Maximum 6 penalty points
- Ability to work independently
- All roles are subject to a DBS check
