Are you an experienced Commercial Vehicle Technician who enjoys solving complex faults rather than just servicing vehicles?
Whether you're currently working with Mercedes-Benz, Ford, Renault, Iveco, MAN, DAF, Peugeot, Vauxhall, or another manufacturer, we'd love to hear from you. Full manufacturer training is provided to help you transition your existing skills to Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles.

The Role:
Working within a busy Volkswagen Commercial Vehicle workshop in Heathrow, you'll be responsible for:
- Advanced vehicle diagnostics and fault finding
- Mechanical repairs
- Routine servicing and maintenance
- Engine, gearbox, turbocharger and fuel system replacements
- Using the latest manufacturer diagnostic equipment
- Completing repairs safely and to manufacturer standards
- Delivering exceptional workmanship and customer service
No two days are the same, giving you the opportunity to tackle a wide variety of technical challenges while continually developing your expertise.
Training & Career Development:
If you're already qualified with another manufacturer, we'll assess your current skill level and provide a tailored training programme to help you transition to Volkswagen Commercial Vehicle standards.

Requirements:
You'll ideally have:
- Experience repairing and diagnosing light commercial vehicles
- A Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance qualification (preferred)
- Or at least five years' proven commercial vehicle experience
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A good understanding of health and safety
Manufacturer diagnostic accreditation is desirable but not essential.
