This is an exciting opportunity to join our Events Team as a Delegate Engagement Manager, based in our Crawley office. This role is integral to the success of our B2B residential conferences by securing attendance from senior decision-makers across the public and private sectors. You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with senior leaders, effectively communicating the value of our events, and ensuring high delegate turnout.

At Ah!media, we run exclusive, invitation-only conferences designed to spark meaningful connections, deliver pre-qualified leads, showcase thought leadership, and elevate brand awareness in niche markets. These events bring end users and service providers together for targeted networking and efficient, data-driven business development.
Key Responsibilities:
· Secure attendance from top-level executives (CEOs, Directors, etc.) at our exclusive residential conferences
· Conduct proactive outreach via phone, LinkedIn, and email to identify and engage target delegates
· Develop persuasive messaging that communicates the benefits of attending
· Maintain accurate and timely records within our CRM system
· Collaborate closely with marketing, programme, and sponsorship teams to align outreach strategies
· Attend events as part of the on-site team, ensuring a high-quality experience for clients
· Ensure engagement with delegate communications departments when relevant
· Manage pre-event logistics and support event delivery on-site

The Nuts and Bolts:
· Competitive base salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum + uncapped commission
· Monday–Friday: 08:30 to 17.00 (Please note - This role is 100% office-based)
· Christmas shutdown: 2 weeks off over the festive period
