Climat BCT Ltd is seeking a self-motivated person with preferably a sales background. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with customers and clients and achieving sales targets.
Climat BCT are looking for someone who is able to work for typically 2-3 hours per weekday up to a maximum of 15 hours a week. The contract is a zero hours contract but the hours above are expected of candidates. The role will require telephone calls and emailing of prospective clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share
- Conduct regular sales meetings with management
- Analyse sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and decision-making
- Manage sales budgets and forecasts
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies and techniques preferable
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proficiency in sales management tools and Microsoft software
- Ability to travel as required
