Care Assistant – Morning & Flexible Shifts

Pay: £14.80–£17.15 per hour (including holiday pay)

We are looking for kind, reliable and friendly Care Assistants to join our team in Marchwood and nearby Southampton areas.
No experience? No problem. We provide full paid training.
£14.80–£16.59 per hour weekdays
£15.30–£17.15 per hour weekends
35p per mile mileage paid
Paid training before you start (£230)
Minimum 1-hour visits – no rushed calls
Regular local clients and consistent work
Funded NVQ qualifications
£150 Refer-a-Friend bonus
Ongoing support and career progression
You’ll visit clients in their own homes and help with:
Personal care
Medication support
Preparing meals and drinks
Companionship and conversation
Light housekeeping and shopping
Helping clients stay independent
Updating simple care records
Morning shifts available & Evening shifts available
We are especially looking for carers who can work mornings.
Typical shifts:
Flexible and split shifts may also be available.
You will start on a Flexible Hours Contract while building a regular client schedule. As your hours become established, there may be an opportunity to move onto a Guaranteed Hours Contract for more consistent pay and job security.
Full UK driving licence

Available for at least 3 weekdays and every other weekend
