As Terminal Operations Manager, you’ll promote a Zero Accident culture, role model safe working practices, and ensure high performance operations. Using real time data, SIC techniques, and effective communication, you’ll help keep teams aligned, efficient, and focused on achieving operational goals.
You’ll develop and support Operations Team Leaders and Control Room staff, providing clarity, guidance and opportunities for continuous improvement across both terminals.
