The Role
- Full-time SEN Teaching Assistant position
- Supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Providing one-to-one and small group support
- Assisting with personalised learning and intervention programmes
- Encouraging social, emotional, and academic development
- Supporting pupils with communication and sensory needs
- Working closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and specialist staff
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience supporting children with ASD or Special Educational Needs
- Patient, compassionate, and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Passion for inclusive education
- Relevant SEN qualifications or training are advantageous but not essential

Pay: £97.68-£154.67 per day
