The Usability Analyst evaluates experiences across the web and mobile channels with a focus on providing direct, tactical and actionable recommendations to improve user experience. In this role, leveraging survey data, usability best practices and replays to target areas of opportunity are fundamental. As a Usability Analyst, you are responsible as part of a team to ensure measure and account renewals.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Understand the client's business, challenges, KPIs and measurement objectives
Primary client contact - usability related
Deliverable planning and analysis
Deliverable presentation/delivery
Deliverable quality and integrity
Client relationship, including travel as necessary
Ad hoc consultation
Issue identification and resolution
Best practice research
Specialty expertise - in some cases (industry, channel, etc.)
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
What We Require
4-6 years of client management experience; establish and sustain successful business relationships
4-6 years of experience in project management, schedules and organization
Possess strongbusiness knowledge and acumen and ability to connect relevant data to solve business challenges
