We are hiring a Publishing & Audio Manager to join our hard‑working, creative and genuinely collaborative team. This role sits at the centre of how we plan, buy and deliver impactful media across digital display, print and audio, shaping campaigns from brief through to results. You’ll have real ownership, trusted client exposure and the opportunity to influence both strategy and execution. It’s a role for someone who enjoys media craft, problem‑solving and working closely with others to deliver great work.

Lead the day‑to‑day planning, execution and management of Digital Display, Print, Radio and Digital Audio campaigns from brief to review.

Translate client objectives into clear, well‑reasoned media responses using audience, market and performance insight.

Build strong working relationships with publishers, audio partners, tech suppliers and internal teams to deliver joined‑up solutions.

Negotiate pricing and value, applying learnings across campaigns and tracking delivery against agreed quality and audit standards.

Oversee campaign setup and delivery, coordinating assets, documentation and trafficking to ensure smooth launches and ongoing quality control.

Act as a confident day‑to‑day client contact, leading status updates, sharing insights and contributing ideas and test‑and‑learn opportunities.

Line manage Executives and Senior Executives, supporting their wellbeing, development and progression through clear delegation and coaching.

Experience planning and/or activating digital, print or audio media campaigns, with accountability for end‑to‑end delivery.

A genuine interest in media, advertising technology and how marketplace dynamics shape outcomes for clients.

Confidence working with data and numbers, using insights to inform decisions, optimisation and future planning.
