At GreenSpark, we're looking for an enthusiastic Entry Level Civils Labourer to join ourgrowing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to start a career in groundworks, working alongside experienced operatives on a variety of projects. You'll assist with site preparation, excavation works, reinstatements, and general labouring duties while gaining valuable hands-on experience and industry knowledge. This role offers excellent opportunities for training, development, and progression, making it the perfect starting point for someone keen to build a long-term career in a skilled and rewarding industry.
Basic salary from £22,568.00 up to £30,000 DOE and skillset + OT

What We’re Looking For
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel and work flexible hours if required
- An interest in civil works
- Confident working independently or as part of a team
- Has a thirst for knowledge and learning a new trade
- Physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions
- Capability to work away from home as and when required
