Overview
Beach Box is collection of 4 cafes on the North Coast with a production kitchen in St.Minver. This position is for our production kitchen in St.Minver where we produce and pack all the food we sell in our cafes. We also produce our very own gelato.
We are seeking a talented and passionate Cook/Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with a keen eye for food safety and presentation.
Duties
- To prepare, produce, portion and pack high quality food products for delivery to our cafes
- Maintain consistency in presentation, portion sizes and quality
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices
- Label all items with correct allergen information and date
- Help monitor stock levels and communicate shortages
- Assist in the production of artisan gelato
- Maintain a clean, organised and efficient working enviroment
- Rotate Stock and assist with deliveries
Pay: £11.00-£15.00 per hour
