As a Transformation Architect in SAP Strategic Business Solutions (SBS), you will be part of a team responsible for solutioning large or strategic business transformation bids, proposals and advisory services, underpinned by ERP, that require cross-Capgemini capability.
You will support one or lead more bid teams to ensure that our responses are compelling and address our client’s business problem. You will be responsible for ensuring that the technical solution created by our solution architects fits the business transformation narrative. You will solution the business transformation components, which could include any area from business case development, operating model design, value enablement, business engagement, change management, deployment and sustainment and ensure they are appropriately covered in the response.
You will continuously improve method and tools that underpin both solutioning and delivery and have responsibility for closing gaps in current approaches.
You will fluently move to delivery when programmes have been won and work starts.
