To support our expanding customer base, we’re currently seeking a Warehouse Specialist that will further develop our service and level of quality provided to our internal staff and customers.
JOB SUMMARY

The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient receipt, storage, handling, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch of products within the warehouse operation. The role supports day-to-day warehouse activities whilst ensuring full compliance with company policies, Health & Safety regulations, quality standards, customs requirements, and customer expectations. They will utilise the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to manage inventory transactions, maintain stock accuracy, and support operational efficiency. Where applicable, the role will also involve working within a Customs Bonded Warehouse environment, ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations and customs procedures. The primary goal is to exceed the needs of all Customers while maintaining all Paramount Global’s Core Values.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
CAN PROVIDE EXAMPLES OF PROVEN, SUCCESSFUL EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING KEY AREAS:
- Operation of a counterbalance forklift in a safe and efficient manner.
- Completing inbound and/or outbound warehouse tasks with strong attention to detail.
- Ensuring products are packed and shipped correctly to exceed customer’s expectations for quality and on time delivery.
- Developing relationships with internal team to support communication and team building efforts.
- Successfully prioritize workflow while communicating and maintaining deadlines.
EXPERIENCE OR EXPOSURE TO:
- Operating computerized scanning equipment.
- Completion of shipping/receiving and customs-related documentation.
- Inventory and Cycle Counting.
- Health & Safety and HMRC requirements.
