DoubleR Security Ltd is currently recruiting professional and reliable Vehicle Drivers & Security Officers to support operations at Porsche Centre Reading.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with one of the world's leading luxury automotive brands. We are looking for individuals who are professional, well-presented and committed to delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining the highest standards of security.
This is an ongoing ad-hoc position with opportunities for regular work based on client requirements and performance.
Working Hours
- Standard shift: 08:00 – 18:00
- 1-hour unpaid lunch break
Pay
£13.40 per hour
Duties
- Safely drive customer and company vehicles when instructed.
- Patrol the premises and maintain a visible security presence.
- Monitor the site and report any suspicious activity.
- Protect vehicles, staff, visitors and company property.
- Assist customers and visitors in a polite and professional manner.
- Complete daily reports and incident logs accurately.
- Follow all site procedures and health & safety policies.
- Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies.
- Represent DoubleR Security and Porsche Centre Reading to the highest professional standard.
Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Minimum age of 25 (insurance requirement).
- Maximum 3 penalty points.
- SIA Door Supervisor licence is preferred.
- Previous security, concierge or customer service experience is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Reliable, punctual and flexible.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Dress Code
Applicants must attend every shift in a clean and professional uniform consisting of:
- Plain black polo shirt or plain black T-shirt.
- Black trousers.
- Plain black shoes or boots (no visible logos or branding).
The uniform must always be clean, smart and well-presented.
