Job Summary
As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Your role will involve engaging with customers, taking orders, and assisting in drinks preparation while maintaining high standards of the perfect serve and hygiene. You will play a crucial part in enhancing the overall dining experience through your hospitality skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities of this job involves: -
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in drinks preparation and ensure that all perfect serve standards are adhered to.
- Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables and service counters.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, offering help where needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.

- Strong guest services skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Basic maths proficiency for handling transactions and order calculations.
