JLH are recruiting Chef de Parties to join the brigade at a prestigious 3 AA Rosette, luxury country house hotel. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a stable, well-organised kitchen producing food to an exceptional standard across a variety of outlets.
You'll be part of a brigade of 14 chefs and kitchen porters when fully staffed, led by an experienced Head Chef and supported by an established Sous Chef and Junior Sous Chef. These vacancies have arisen through natural career progression, making this a great time to join an ambitious and supportive team.
The Role
You'll work across a range of food operations, including:
- 3 AA Rosette restaurant
- Afternoon tea
- Lounge and all-day dining
- Private dining for up to 20 guests
- Banqueting and events for up to 75 guests
This is a hands-on role where you'll have the opportunity to further develop your skills in a quality-driven environment while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

- Experience in a Rosette-standard kitchen.

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- A positive team player with a desire to learn and progress.
