Job Summary
We’re a busy, quality-driven pub expanding into a fresh, seasonal food offer. As Chef de Partie, you’ll own your section, cook consistently under pressure, and help us deliver a menu guests come back for.
What you’ll do
- Run a section during service (prep → cook → clean-down) to spec and GP.
- Keep standards tight on HACCP, allergens, and kitchen hygiene.
- Support service: pass discipline, clear comms, tidy section.
- Train/coach Commis; jump in across sections when needed.
We’re looking for
- CDP experience in fresh-food pubs/brasseries or similar high-volume kitchens.
- Knife skills, pace, and calm under pressure.
- Pride in consistency and cleanliness.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a kitchen environment, preferably within a restaurant setting.
- Strong culinary skills with knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in meal preparation.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
