Responsibilities:
- Allocation of care workers to clients, preparing rotas ensuring all visits are covered using our rostering system.

Ensure holiday, sickness and emergency care calls are assigned appropriately·

Distribution of staff rotas

Act as point of contact and dealing with enquiries when necessary for clients, relatives, Social Services, other health professionals, Care Workers

Assess capacity for new client referrals.

Answering all incoming phone calls and dealing with all queries in a prompt, efficient and professional manner.

Partaking in the out of hours On-Call rota.

Willingness to support the team in the field when needed

Compliance with company policies and procedures/CQC regulations.

Maintain accurate and complete records of the service in line with Company policies and procedures, using computer and manual systems.

Participate in Staff and Client meetings, as and when required.
