Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in your work area.
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Support junior kitchen staff in their training and development.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen.
- Solid understanding of cooking techniques, food presentation, and kitchen safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and culinary development.
- Respect for diversity and demonstrated ability to work with colleagues from various backgrounds.
Day-to-Day:
Start your shift by preparing ingredients and setting up your station.
Cook and assemble dishes according to the menu and daily specials.
Coordinate with the Sous Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to the kitchen management.
Clean and sanitize your workspace before and after service hours.
Participate in team meetings focused on menu planning, kitchen improvements, and staff wellbeing.
