Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options with professionalism and flair
- Take orders accurately and efficiently via POS systems while providing friendly customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking
- Restock supplies regularly and manage inventory to ensure smooth service flow
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods
- Handle cash transactions accurately and balance registers at shift end
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality with excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in beverage handling
- Experience working in a restaurant or bar environment is highly preferred
