We are seeking a professional and friendly experienced Nail Technician to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for beauty and customer service, providing clients with high-quality nail treatments in a welcoming environment. This is a self employed/ rent a desk position, desk rental is daily or weekly at £25 a day or £100 per week, it’s your job to get your own clients but we will help, share your work and also pass some clients over we are a busy salon and are very popular on nails and have clients waiting, we also have the option to work on a 50% commission this is to an experienced nail technician that specialises in Builder gel and nail art, this includes all equipment, stock, tools, and including being on the booking system gaining more clients, we have clients waiting.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail treatments including Gel manicures, pedicures, biab, extension’s and nail art
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail services
- Ensure client comfort throughout treatments and provide professional advice on nail care
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in nail artistry and beauty treatments
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximise client satisfaction and salon productivity
- Uphold high standards of customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere for all clients
Skills
- Proven experience in nail technology.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong communication skills to understand client needs and provide clear advice
- Organised with the ability to manage appointments efficiently
- Friendly, professional demeanour with a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences
