Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of all designated areas according to health and safety standards
- Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet roll to ensure smooth daily operations
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to maximize efficiency and coverage
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for swift resolution
- Use environmentally friendly cleaning products whenever possible to promote sustainability
- Ensure all cleaning activities are completed safely and in accordance with company policies
Qualifications
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-moving environment
- Good physical stamina, including the ability to stand, bend, lift, and carry cleaning equipment or supplies throughout the shift
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to contribute positively to team efforts
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices is advantageous
