The Role
As Branch Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day operation and performance of the branch. You will lead, motivate, and develop the team while ensuring exceptional customer service, profitable sales growth, effective stock management, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

We welcome applications from experienced Assistant Branch Managers, Internal Sales Managers, or Sales Executives within the electrical wholesale industry who are ready to take on greater responsibility and lead a successful branch. Applicants with a strong management and sales experience from a similar trade background will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all branch operations to achieve sales, profit, and growth targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to increase market share.
- Manage, coach, and develop branch employees to maximise performance and engagement.
- Oversee stock control, purchasing, and inventory management to ensure optimum availability and profitability.
- Monitor branch financial performance, including margins, costs, and debtor management.
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
- Work closely with suppliers to maximise commercial opportunities and product availability.
About You
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience within the UK electrical wholesale industry.
- Previous experience in a Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Sales Manager, or similar leadership role.
- Strong commercial awareness with a track record of achieving sales and profit targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Strong customer relationship and business development abilities.
- Good understanding of electrical products, market trends, and supplier networks.
- Full UK driving licence.
