Overview
We are seeking motivated and reliable Mobile Cleaners to join our team on an immediate start basis. This role involves providing cleaning services across various locations within Greater Manchester, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. The position offers flexible working arrangements and the opportunity to work in diverse environments, including commercial and educational settings.
Candidates should be organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Previous experience in commercial cleaning is essential.
Responsibilities
- Carry out cleaning duties at multiple client sites, including schools, offices and commercial premises
- Ensure all areas are cleaned to a high standard, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any issues promptly
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times during cleaning activities
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled periods
- Time Management - Getting to sites on time and completing the full hours
Qualifications
- Previous experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning is essential; training will also be provided for suitable candidates
- You must have knowledge of COSHH, Health and Safety and RAMS
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to adapt to different locations and working conditions with a smiley approach
- You MUST have the Right to Work in the UK
- You MUST possess a clean, valid driving license and ideally your own vehicle
- Ideally possess a clean, valid Enhanced DBS

99% of the hours are going to be 6am - 8.30/9am and 2.30/3pm - 9pm latest depending on the area you are and which site you are at. Contracted hours for mornings and afternoon/evenings will be 20 hours for both shifts but depending on the site you may get 25 hours + You will also get 0.44 per mile for the use of your own vehicle/petrol/diesel
Pay: will be the 5th working day of every month.
Pay: £13.25 per hour
