Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with fueling vehicles efficiently and accurately
- Manage cash register transactions, including sales, refunds, and upselling products such as snacks or beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station’s retail area and fuel pumps
- Monitor fuel levels and report maintenance needs promptly to ensure safety and operational efficiency
- Provide clear information about station services and answer customer inquiries via phone or in person using professional phone etiquette
- Uphold safety protocols by checking for hazards, managing traffic flow, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Support merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively and restocking shelves as needed
- Demonstrate strong time management by efficiently handling multiple tasks during busy periods while maintaining high service standards
Experience
- Multilingual skills are highly desirable; fluency in English plus.
- Prior experience in customer service or retail environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with diverse customers and team members
- Strong organizational skills to manage station cleanliness, stock levels, and safety checks effectively
- Ability to manage time efficiently during peak hours to ensure prompt service delivery
- Knowledge of phone etiquette for professional communication with customers over the phone
