We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment during their stay. Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies.
- Ensure all areas of the room are tidy and well-presented, adhering to hotel standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas and assist with laundry duties as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest requests and inquiries courteously.
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and guests.
Experience
- Previous experience in a hospitality or hotel environment is preferred but not essential.
- A strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding service to guests.
