Join David James, an established and respected Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents practice with a strong reputation built on professionalism, integrity, and exceptional client service. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Negotiator/ Valuer to join our team at our Wotton-under-Edge branch.
This is a flexible opportunity and we are happy to consider both full-time and part-time applications. The role will be covering Wotton-under-Edge and the surrounding areas.
The Role
You will play a key role in the continued growth of our Wotton-under-Edge branch, taking responsibility for generating new business opportunities, carrying out market appraisals, progressing sales and providing outstanding service to clients.
Key responsibilities
- Undertaking residential property market appraisals.
- Generating new business and securing instructions.
- Identifying and converting market appraisal opportunities.
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best outcome.
- Conducting accompanied viewings.
- Registering applicants and managing enquiries.
- Booking appointments and maintaining accurate records.
- Preparing sales particulars and marketing materials.
- Progressing sales through to completion.
- Managing client relationships and providing regular feedback.
- Utilising Reapit and other agency systems effectively.
Knowledge and Experience
- We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in estate agency sales.
- Has market appraisal experience or is looking to develop further in this area.
- Is confident in winning instructions and generating new business.
- Has excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Is highly organised and customer focused.
- Has strong local market knowledge or the ability to develop it quickly.
- Holds a full UK driving licence and own car.
